We really enjoyed our stay at "la caja habitada". The staff were really nice, friendly and helpful and the location, close to la alameda amazing because of all he bars and restaurants. And even the way to the cathedral and all the other places of interest are only about 20 minutes away. The only problem are the bathrooms because there's just one on every floor and it's pretty busy in the morning because everyone wants to shower.

Very nice and friendly personal. Unfortunately it wasn't not so clean, specially not in the shared bathroom! A big and long worm passed in front of the rooms...

Such a great stay at La Caja Habitada! Brand new facilities - including the fully equipped kitchen (we were able to cook a Moroccan Tagine!), very clean bathrooms and modern rooms. Better standard than most hotels. Free continental breakfast a massive plus aswell. Very friendly and helpful staff! Thanks!

The 4-bedded dormitory was excellent. The Kitchen facilities were super, beyond compare. It would have been better in the shower room, if there had been a shower mat, The internet facilities could be improved. Not everyone is familiar with Apple The location is perfect being so near to the centre and within walking distance of the Bus Station. Many thanks for the great hospitality. Dr. Maria Susy Rogers. PS.My 17 year old Grandson also found La Caja Habitada a super place and would visit again.
