This was, by far, the most beautiful of the three hostels I stayed in during my trip. The hospitality was above and beyond and we received some helpful information from the people that worked here. The hostel was a little out of the way from the center of town but the walk wasn't that bad. The rooms and bathroom were clean, however, the bathrooms were downstairs (while the bedrooms were upstairs) and was quite chilly. We ate delicious raspberry jam for breakfast and I felt very comfortable here.

We liked the rustic bedrooms -they had a very comfy atmosphere. Breakfast was nice with homemade marmelade. It is a little out of the way and you have to walk 10-15 minutes to the centre but there are two big supermarkets and a bakery next door. The owners are very helpful and gave us some useful tips for expeditions in the area.

Fabulous hostel - like a home away from home. Staff very friendly and accommodating - especially when you arrive a a very early hour in the morning. Very close to grocery store and panaderia right next door!!!! Homemade jam just yummy!!!! Highly recommended.

Decent place. The couple that runs it is nice and helpful. Good homemade jams for breakfast. They could manage to update the bathroom (and keep it a bit cleaner).

Nice hostel, good service! The fact that there was only bathroom and showers on the ground floor is a minus.

Comfortable base for hikes. Main floor is a living room and bench style dining area. Kitchen was a fine size for the number of people. Perfectly fine place to stay while hiking the surrounding hills.

What I didn't like: I booked with hostelworld and it was 60 a night online and the 4th free. When I wanted to pay, they said there has been a mistake with hostelbookers and that it is 75 a night and the 4th was only free till the 15th (I arrived the 16th but it still says so in the descrption on hostelworld...). So instead of my expected 180 they wanted 300 and I ended up paying 250... They said that I should have told them, that I booked with hw, but why should I? It is not my problem!?!
