An unexplored tropical paradise! Come and enjoy the perfect weather (24-30 C all year long), swim in crystal turquoise rivers surrounded by the most exuberant jungle nature. La Casa Colombiana is glad to be the first hostal in San Rafael.
Amazing turquoise natural pools just 10 minutes from the hostel. We offer you the possibility of exploring Colombian culture and nature in a safe environment. For your comfort La Casa Colombiana offers beside the usual services that any hostel provides like free wi-fi internet, dorms, private rooms etc., Spanish lessons at the hostel, two acres of land to camp and relax, a tropical fruit garden, a big terrace and balcony surrounded by nature, cinema at nights, billar pool (Colombian one) and bar.
We sell local and international dishes as well as local products from the farmers of our neighborhood. Furthermore we offer tours on horseback, rent bicycles, guided ecological tracks and some extreme and water sports.

Great place and people. the location is amazing to enjoy nature and the colombian way of life. La Casa Colombiana, really feels like home. there are so many activities between Fishing, Kayak, Horseback riding, Swimming, and more. One of the best hostels I've been, Think I'll stay here much longer next time. La pareja de La Casa son muy buena gente, y la naturaleza del lugar encanta, que sea relajarse en la naturaleza o ir por diferentes actividades, este es el lugar donde ir.
