Nightmare Hostel! I recommend a ditch more than this hostel. The owner is a drunk alcoholic who is borderline insane. We had to wake up at 5 am for a Machu Picchu tour and the owner and his family had a huge party at the hostel and kept us awake until 3 am. I was told to F*** off, lied to and told I'd get my money back. In the morning, the hung over owner refused to give my money back, and after arguing, he chased us down the street wanting to fight until my wife and I escaped in a cab!

I would highly recommend this hostel for anyone who wants to stay in a great, clean, hostel which is almost like a hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful and let us keep our bags there for free while we did the inca trail for 4 days.

The staff are great, very helpfull. The bedroom has TV and a refrigerator. Clean bathroom and really confort beds and sheets. Good breakfast! They give all tips you might need to go around Cuzco and Sacred Valley. There are always hot water and its not far from the main atractions.

The staff is great and immediately responds to your needs. They purchased our Machu Picchu tickets and had them waiting for us when we arrived. The hostel is clean and breakfast (eggs, bread, jam, tea, coffee and juice) is included. Although the hostel is located only about six blocks from the square, it is located in a poor part of town. Do not walk back to the hostel at night. Taxis will cost about 4 soles.

The staff at the hostel was very friendly and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas in the old historical part of the city. It's not the typical backpackers hostel, but if you want a quiet place to rest and meet some really friendly people, then I highly recommend it!!

We spent nearly a week in the hostel, and saved our luggage while we were away for the Inca Trail. The host family was fantastic and they invited us to the family Christmas dinner (which was a great experience). One of my friends was celebrating his birthday during the stay, the host family gave us a party surprise.

Nice big clean rooms! Staff was fantastic. My girlfriend got infected before arrival with salmonella. They were extremely helpful in finding an English speaking doctor, cleaned up our room and made sure that our luggage was stored securely while we were in the hospital. They cleaned our room 3 times (on a 1 night stay), and they did it all with a smile. I have only positive things to say about this hostel and the staff. Thank you very much!

We loved our stay at this hostel. Stayed for more than a week and we highly recommend. It's cozy, very clean, 10min walk to the main square, so it's not very touristy, crowded and loud. Delicious breakfast (could have a fruit though), staff is extremely helpful and kind and beds are very comfortable. Perfect for couples or people that like more chilled out hostels.
