A frustrating hostel ultimately - a stunning building with excellent space and facilities. However, it is poorly run and organised. Plus, way too noisey - the 'shed' nightclub went on until 7AM one morning. It could be such a great hostel, but currently falls short in all areas....

There are certainly better hostels. Don't be fooled by the pictures, there's no such atmosphere in the place. I asked on the reception for a pick-up transfer to the airport and was overcharged, I could read on a paper on the wall it was 10.000 chilean pesos and they charged me 12.000 chilean pesos, in addition the driver left me in the middle of the parking lot of the airport. It seemed to be an unauthorized car, because he asked me to pay him discreetly. Would never come back to this place.

Very fun party hostel. Dorms are HUGE, by far the largest i've come across in the whole of South America, with massive lockers. Kitchen is also vast, with several large fridges, and very good wifi. The pool area is great too. The only very slight negative is that it is quite far from the Bellavista area where most of the nightlife is.
