La Casa Verde is owned and run by a Kiwi/Aussie couple and is set on a small farming property in a scenic and tranquil setting, in one of the best areas in Ba�os
We offer a beautiful, comfortable and ecological place to relax and enjoy everything Ba�os has to offer.
Some of our facilities include:
Full organic continental buffet breakfast; free drinking water refills, unlimited tea, herbal tea, coffee and chocolate; fully equipped communal kitchen � complete with basic cooking ingredients; organic produce available to pick from the garden (incl. carrots, cabbage, corn, tomatoes, mandarin, avocado etc...) for people staying longer than a week; home-made snacks (including choc brownies and granola bars) and meals; beer and soft drink; 24 hr hot, high pressured showers and hot water in sinks; WiFi internet (with your own computer); extensive DVD library (over 250 new and classic movies); board games and cards; hammocks; 24 hr front desk; in-house massage and eco friendly spa treatments; tour and activity arranging; local information and close to town centre (1.7km) and all activities

Casa Verde was the best hostel we stayed at during our 5-months-travel through South America. The hosts were very friendly & helpful, they gave us the feeling being at home & provided us with excellent information about activities in & around Banos.The house is lovely & we enjoyed spending time in the chilling areas. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the homemade bread, jams & juices. Even if the hostel is not located in town, it is easily reachable on foot (20 minutes walk) or by cab.
