Some staff members weren´t informed well what,s going on in the hotel, those guys should be better organized, but owner was really hejlpfull and friendly, and gave us many tips about city and Canon del Colca.

I cant really find the proper words for describing how happy and satisfied I am with my stay at the Casa de Jael. At first I thought I will stay just for two days but somehow I always returned and felt like going back home. And spent there more than a week. The owner and manager of the hotel is the best person that I met in Peru, really honestly saying..and it is her who makes this place really really special!!!!! Strongly recommended!

I couldn't ask for more. Great location, safe, extremely helpful owner and staff. Made my family feel right at home. A great respit between city outings and our trip to Colca Canyon. Gloria helped us with everything. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in Arequipa.

We found the staff very welcoming even though we speak no spanish and they hardly any english. Sadly we didnt get to eat breakfast as we had to leave at 2:30am the first day and 5:30am on the last day. They were so sweet though the first night the daughter slept on the sofa to ensure we left safely and on the second day the father got up for us. The bed was really comfy and clean as was the room. The only down side was that it was a hand held shower that went cold quickly.
