The staff were really nice, the breakfast was okay-viennese cake, some cereal and package croissant. The toilet door won't close properly and we can't lock it though. They've only given us 2 sets of towels but we have 3 people. They've given us 2 sets of pillows but we have 3 people. We asked the staff for extras and got them. The room was pretty small. Everything was clean and usable. They've got packets of shower gel for us to use. There's information and a map about Rome at the reception.

The location is good in a sense it is convinent , next to the train station. But the area is bit dodgy. The hotel is not clean enough. Way below stantard. The staff though is really good, nice and helpful. Breakfast can not be called breakfast.

People are nt very Nice And the breakfast is very poor

The hotel is good.Staff are well manared .facilities are good except the internet,internet is availible only in the coridor area.The location is quite good ,only 2 min walk from central temininal .The only problem is the hotel has no sign board on the road ,So if youh came there at night you facing a hard time to reach at the hotel .
