Loved our stay there! The only issue we had was upon arrival, staff was not there to check us in and we had to call a number that was posted on the front of the building - we're international travelers and didn't have a mobile phone to make the call - we had to ask resturant to make the call and then wait 5-10mins for the owner to check us in. It wasn't too much of a hassle but worth noting. I think providing a phone inside the lobby (which we could access) would be a nice for arriving guest

We really enjoyed this hostel. The owner was very nice and gave us a discount because he had to change our room (we would have never known it was a downgrade). The room was great and the hostel was in a great location within Riomaggiore. We highly recommend staying here.

We ended up staying in an apartment style place with a full kitchen. Plenty of room and very accommodating. Everything was really clean and overall, easy to find. Really enjoyed the place and would highly recommend it for anyone staying in Cinque Terre.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in the storage closet after check out so we could continue exploring. When we arrived in our room (a quad) though there were two used shower gel packets in the shower, so we were doubtful it had been cleaned between us and the prior residents. Towel and sheets (bottom sheet only and comforter, no flat sheet) are provided at no charge. Location is a bit tricky to find, make sure to Google map it first.

Very nice hostel and amazing staff! Would highly recommend and stay here again.

This is a good resting place. Would be best if more key sets are given, provided that there are many of us staying in.
