La Casita Con Patio

Beautiful rooms in a new house, decorated and designed by me, your host! Being an architect I have tried to make a comfortable and 'cool' space at an affordable price. The room n1 has its own bathroom and opens to a patio which makes it independent from the rest of the house. The living room, where I usually work, is shared, and kitchen is only available for breakfasts.

The house is bright and all the flooring is laminate wood .Located on the historic center of Malaga. Near the Plaza de la Merced (Picasso's birthplace and museum), and 12-15 minutes walking to Malagueta beach. It will be a pleasure to tell you what to visit or to do in this city: restaurants, culture, night life...well, remember I am 34 years old. You can walk everywhere and enjoy the wonderful city, typically Andalusian.With hi speed wifi. Close to historic centre in a very quite neighborhood, and very very silent bedroom.

Its required to contact before coming to arrange the check-in time. But basically you can check-in anytime.To respect the rest of the neighbors, please do not make too much noise, especially after midnight. The kitchen is only available for breakfasts, but you can always use the microwave, oven, kettle etc. please ask me if you want to cook someday, normally its ok to do it once or twice.The bathroom has towels and soap. You will have a copy of the keys (building, house and bedroom.
