Friendly helpful staff. There was a long-term stayer who was ripping off tourists travelling through, and the staff were very conscious of getting people to make statements so they could get rid of him and inform the police.Friendly helpful staff. The hostel is clean with a good location shame the staff we encountered couldn't make the environment happier. Sophie was rude and unhelpful. We asked for recomendations of where to go as no map was offered, the response we got was 'It's like London, there are loads of places' then a grunt and sigh of inconvenience at us daring to ask. There are no lockers in the hostel twinned with no locks on the room doors and Sophie told us there's no cctv in the building itself as mentioned on here.The hostel is clean with a good location shame the staff we encountered couldn't make the environment happier. I really enjoyed my time spent there. Friendly atmosphere and staff. They always know who is entering or leaving because of camera surveillance, so it was also very safe. The ideal stay in Panama City! It was really convenient being in the center of the city, and whatever info we needed, the staff was totally helpful and interested in assisting with planning my trip. Immaculate hostel and really had a good time. Stayed several days longer than I had planned. Needs another bathroom I think but no complaints at all. I will recommend this hostel to all who I meet along the way.The ideal stay in Panama City!
