La Lechuza is like a `home away from home` and attracts all sorts of cool characters. I recommend anyone visiting Rosario to stay here. Thanks to Javiera, Cameron & Juan for doing such a good job!

Simply the best place I've stayed in in South America. A few friends recommended it, and Rosario wasn't somewhere I had planned to go, but this place seems to have the same effect on everyone; I planned to stay for a couple of days, but here I am, nearly two weeks later, and all I want to do is stay longer. The staff and atmosphere of the place seem to bring people together in such a wonderful way that everyone has a fantastic time hanging out with eachother, regardless of language barrier et al

The hostel itself is somewhat average; good and clean enough but a little rundown. I think it could be really good with a little improvement. But.. the staff (and their friends) really make up for it!! They are very nice and helpful and make it very easy to meet other people. They really make you feel at home. The WiFi is good and there are enough lockers. Lots of pastries for breakfast. I stayed a few nights more just because of the atmosphere and nice people (and the beach).

La Lechuza Hostel is located close to the center (approx 10 min walk). The highlight of the hostel is his nice garden. Also the guests are treated as part of a family.

I loved staying at this hostel. I arrived at 7am in the morning and was immediately checked in and given my bed. I was also given a map and a quick idea of what to see in the city. The staff were lovely, and very helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere of the hostel was lovely, with many varied travellers. The hostel was really neat and clean and the rooms were big and beds comfortable. Breakfast was much better than usual for Argentine Hostels. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful hostel, the staff who run it are very good at making you feel welcome and introducing you to other travellers. They always had good recomendations for things to do in Rosario also. One of the managers "Juan" had his birthday party asado at the hostel whilst we were there and all the guests were invited which was a lovely thing to do and we had a fantastic last night with everyone. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, the kitchen well equiped and a garden.

Juan is a very simpatic boy, we had a lot of fun! Nice garden, the breakfast is good. The kitchen could be more clean. But I can recomend this place.

One of the better hostels I've stayed at. It's a long walk from the bus station or train station, but it's close to pedestrian markets and the monuments. There's a cheap laundry service across the street, asado night is excellent, the staff is pretty cool, and the environment is very chill. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Small hostel, that gives it a great atmosphere, as the staff is very friendly. A bad thing is that there is no lockers in the rooms (they are outside), but as everyone was so friendly in the hostel, we did not fear for our stuff.

The staff at La Lechuza were not only knowledgable but also very welcoming and friendly. One actually came on my kayak tour. I arrived early morning and was invited to have coffee and breakfast even though I hadn't checked in yet. Staying here helped to make Rosario one of my favourite city stops. I enjoyed cooking everyday and met great people because the common areas (the garden in particular) were great places to hang out.
