Great location, right near the main square. We booked a double ensuite and got an apartment for 5, so very spacious. Basic, but nice. Didnt have hot water on 2nd day, but once the owners new it was sorted swiftly. Would stay here again if back in Orvieto, good value for money.Great location, right near the main square. A good place to stay in Orvieto - the whole town is so small it's impossible to stay somewhere that's not within walking distance to everything, but this was surrounded by shops and restaurants. Definitely not a social place, but that's also to be expected in a town of this size. The staff was very helpful, despite our complete lack of Italian. Just a couple of rooms above a restaurant, excellent location to explore Orvieto. What a joy! We loved staying here and wished we had more time. The room was immaculate, tastefully decorated ad very good value for money. Superb all round experience.What a joy!
