It was a nice place well located in Orvieto. The owner was lovely although she did not speak much English so it would be difficult if you don't understand Italian. There is only wifi downstairs in the restaurant which is hard to use when the restaurant is open. But overall was a clean, homely place to stay.

The room and the bathroom smelt really bad the whole time. The room set up was really strange, felt more like you were in someones house, and bedroom rather than a mixed dorm. We originally booked a private room, and due to some "apparent water damage" we were moved to a dorm, we were given the difference in price back. The owner/manager was just unfriendly and the whole experience just left a really weird vibe. We ate at the restaurant too, which was also, not good value for money.

It was very hard to sleep due to the heat. Even just a fan may have helped. Having the window opened did not make much difference and let in mosquitos. The place is big and very clean and in a convenient spot.

THE bathroom was terrible ! There was à bad smell And THE toilet was almost broke from outside!!! THE toiletwater was coming from under THE toilet 😠

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Excellent value for money and a very nice room. The lunch downstairs was a winner.

Extremely expensive for a hostel, but much more like a room in someone's house. Staff friendly but speak very little English. Right on the main street. Clean enough, spacious and lack of a kitchen isn't too much of an issue as there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Wifi only in their restaurant which is very annoying.

This is a family owned place with a restaurant underneath. I was the only person in the room and it was nice to have privacy. The room has a nice breakfast area with a view. Downside is no internet in the room and you'd have to sit in the restaurant to use wifi, which was a bit awkward during meal times when there are other guests. The family didn't speak much English but were very friendly. Located right on the main street, very convenient.
