We really enjoyed our stay in one of the garden room. The location is kind of far from the main part of Punta however we hire the bike and really enjoyed riding around for the two days we were there. There is a great variety of restaurants a few minutes from the house however. The owners were accommodating and hush the dog was great even if you’re not a dog person. Neighbourhood was really nice.

Great atmosphere, close to the beach (10 min walk), good breakfast, and away from the rather grim city centre of Punta del Este. Good if you're here for the beach rather than the partying.

Highly recommended guest house! Awesome family runs it. They helped us book rental car, gave us travel advise, also cooked the best BBQ we've had in South America! The house was clean, full of character, really good outdoor chillout area. Located minutes away from beach, 10-15mins walk to supermarket & mall. Don't make the same mistake as us and only book one night, you will want to stay for longer!

Really nice quiet place that is more like a family home than a commercial hostel. There's one dorm room and several privates, a family kitchen and a really lovely garden. The family which owns the place was amazing in helping us rent a car. Our favorite bit was the delicious asado.

Really awesome place. Clean, great atmosphere. I would work on getting the outlet in the bathroom fixed as well as the ones in the dorm because they were sparking. Thanks for a great experience! Will surely choose you guys when I come back.

The place is great! We really enjoyed our time with Rodrigo and his family. They are great people with a warm and inviting home. You feel like you are visiting friends. Perfect spot!

This is hands-down the best place to stay in Punta Del Este (and perhaps all of South America). Rodrigo and his family are wonderful hosts who provide a home-away-from-home, full breakfasts (toasted sandwiches, cereal, muffins, coffee, and tea), family style dinners, and great conversation. Rodrigo and his wife have travelled around the world and have really created the perfect atmosphere based on their own experiences. PC and Wifi for guests, and loads of tips for the area. Great party city!

Best ASADO in South America-and we've sampled a few. We stayed in a private room-which are separate rooms from the main building.Very peaceful. The hosts will answer any questions that you have. The hostel/guesthouse is a taxi journey from bus station & about 10 min walk to beach & shops. Nice walk.
