I stayed 3 nights in La Matte with a friend. The owner is a very friendly and willing person. He prepared us every morning a delicious breakfast served in our own cottage. The house is really cosy and have all the facilities. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to discover Carcassone ad surrondings and stayed at the same time close to nature. They even have emus in the farm!!!!!!
