Hostel itself left much to be desired, but the location was great. A decent last choice.

Very clean with a great location .. Close to shopping and great food .. Beware however the high prices for tourists if you sit down to eat at the near by restaraunts .. Best to use the take out method ! Breakfast was a little bit simple .. But adequate ..

The place was well maintained and had reasonable breakfast. The staff at the reception was also very friendly when asked for a map to the city. Makes me felt very welcomed.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. It was no frills, but there was nothing wrong with it. Of course it is expensive... you are staying on the island of Venice!

For 50€/night this hostel was way overrated for what we got. -WiFi only in 1 common room; inconvenient especially if you are on a different floor -Very Dirty. Simple things like vacuuming or wiping down the desk in the room of all the garbage/sticky spots wasn't done. Kitchen was unsanitary and would never consider cooking in there. Cupboards are full of junk and leftover food -Had to ask multiple times for toilet paper!!! -No breakfast no towels no hairdryers and paper thin walls -Great locat

Oh god. I hate to say this, but the guy in the reception made my stay very hard. He is the meanest one I have ever seen. He took the Wifi for himself and he was really rude whenever I had any problem, obviously not helping at anything. The rooms are not clean but its Venice..you know? I mean, its difficult to find a good value for money hostel there.

I do not think our heater was on (the room next to the kitchen) so we woke up freezing. The bathroom is pretty disgusting and the wifi which we relied on for booking stuff was not working and they did nothing to fix it.

There were no direction guidance to the hostel. The bed, duvet, and the bed sheet smelled of sour milk, the washroom was not cleaned well and the wifi was inaccessible after 11pm! The bed was also incredibly old and you could feel the base of the frame through the mattress.

When we arrived (the exact time we told them we would get there) there was no body at the check-in desk. We were waiting over an hour. At one point one of the other guests went behind the desk opened the key drawer (which is left unlocked) and started handing us keys. We proceed to unlock random doors (of occupied rooms) looking for a free bed. We were told another guest did this before we arrived and found a bed. After 2 hours a man showed up to check us in. Dont stay here.

I am feeling really dissapointed with this hostel as the heater was off during the night, and even after complaining with the rest of the guest it wasn't turn on. The kitchen had opening and closing times -which to be honest is quite mean- and the internet after 23 was over. I wouldn't recommend this place

Excellent location near Rialto Mercado vaporetto, I stayed for 7 nights over Carnival. The guy who checked me in was super lovely, very helpful and gave me a map and circled highlights and gave good advice for the trip. 1st floor bedrooms in the mixed dorm were quite big, my bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was minimal. There were only 2 power outlets that worked in the room, some of the guys that worked there were surly and refused to turn on the heat.Room smelled of water in the walls.

As a German is the breakfast pretty bad and unusually. Just bought items from the super market like milk, cornflakes, toast and marmalade. For 15€ too much.
