i found this hostel quite good. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The Bathroom was also clean, but the hot water shower was very slow, and the hot water comes very slowly. The breakfast provided was good and worthy, if you consider the expensive menu at restaurant outside. It was a nice stay. Thanks

I really enjoyed my stay but you could use some more kitchen equipment starting with a tin opener!!!

When you walk in the front door, the entire first floor is dark and very unwelcoming, it could really use some light and decorations to not scare off visitors from the moment they step in the door.

The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of Venice, but it is pretty hard to find it! The room was ok, the bathroom (the shower) a bit dirty! Otherwise the value for money is quite good and I would recommend it also to other young people!

The place is well located, close to Rialto Bridge, there are some restaurants and stores near it so it's in a safe location. Once you enter the building is kind of creepy because it looks old and dark but the reception and the rooms are ok. The kitchen and bathroom were neat, I had hot water when I needed it. Bad things: not wifi and the carpet in the room looked kind of dirty, but not bedbugs and sheets & towels were clean, also it was freezing at night. Great breakfast and GREAT staff, grazie!

This place was great. Everything was very clean and it\'s like 20 seconds from the grand canal. The staff was also very nice. It is not a party hostel. I would definitely stay there again.

The hostel was awesome! Very welcoming, and Alex was a super nice guy and added a nice personal touch to the experience. Great location, but a little hard to find, but overall a great staying experience!

Location is good but you have to use vaporetto if you dont want to get loss. The hostel building was good and like a Roman house. However, in February the room near to garden was cold. In summer, with friends there is a good atmosphere in this hostel.

The heater is turned off way too early in the evening, by 2am we were freezing. Heading down to breakfast, some lady unpolitely told us to mind the amount of bread we eat considering they had other guests. And finally the door to our floor did not shut. The bathroom was very clean though the carpet didn't seem like it was ever cleaned.

Alex was amazing. Very friendly and always willing to help. My room was a mixed dorm, but He switched it when he saw I was traveling alone. I'm not sure if it was ever really cleaned, but it worked. Beds were comfortable, warm, and hot water.

Arrived after 1am, like stated when booked because of there being 24hour reception, to find a note taped to the front door saying the name and floor level/room number and that the key was on the window sill. I'm glad no one else read the note and went upstairs, as it was a main street. Another note was slipped under the door around 1am by the owner telling us about breakfast. Breakfast included stale bread, long life milk, about 4 tea bags and hard nutella. The only upside is it's really clean.

Great hostel, great staff. Booked for a bed in a shared room of 4 but instead got a private double bed. Highly recommend.

Really good hostel, i recommended for you. From outside if you saw the main entrance door, you will judge this hostel is ugly and scary. but you will see really different seeing in inside, really modern.
