Great anf friendly host. Will ensure you had a good stay and give advice on the surrounding. Though kitchen was bit small but have all things you needed. Lastly, you definitelty should not miss their house cat Lola, very gental and lovely!

Pity there were no windows in the room, but that is not a reason not to choose this hostel. Very nice owners and staff, very helpful. Highlight was the cat Lola, always happy to cuddle with you ;-)

the hotel is very central, clean and cosy, good shower and godd breakfast. the hosts Liliana and Ruben were so sweet and friendly which made the stay even better. the cat Lola was a plus :)

Nice place in the city center. Great Staff and a nice cat. Small private room and there is few privacy.

We were greeted on arrival by the lady who runs the hostel and her unpleasant scowl. We were then given the tour which consisted of showing us the 'facilities' which included a kitchen, amusingly described as a cocinita, where you'd struggle to prepare a glass of water; the communal space which is occupied 24/7 by the aforementioned Mrs. Scowl and her grumpy hostel staff; and the bathrooms and showers, both accessed by going through the outdoor courtyard. Great when it gets to -12c at night!

We can only guess that your unhappiness was caused by you having reserved 2 days wanted to pay for only 1. According to the HW policies we have rights to charge our guests for the whole duration of the booking or, of course you could look for other accomodations around the town. You chose the first option and then all started to seem "grumpy" to you. What a way to travel around the world!!! And it is never -12c in Salta... ever... Have an excellent journey, guys!!!

Very nice hostel - lovely owners that were really accommodating and helpful! Everything was always really clean and proper. We felt no inconvenience at the fact that we had to share the bathroom as all was kept clean all the time.

Very friendly and helpful staff, well organised

Staff were really friendly and helpfull, hostal lacked a little atmosphere. we had an early departure and the night porter put on breakfast for us before we left. Stayed in a double room had issues with rising damp in the room.

6 bed dorm was very packed, it felt like too small a room for that many bunks. Nice breakfast, grest coffee. A better common area would make a big difference.

It's a great place and I can't stress how helpful and friendly the staff is. They'll tell you everything you need to know and offer suggestions for whatever it is you want to do in Salta. They also sell bus tickets, which is really, really, convenient. The bathrooms are really spacious and clean as are the rooms. Their cat, Lola, is a doll, she just adds on to the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Salta.

Other than the lack of a lock on the door, this is a great hostel with great staff. The three main staff members are really helpful. Rooms are small, but comfy, and the patio and kitchen are clean and suitable for a hostel. Great location, and a great hostel

The staff was one of the best I've had in any hostel. They were all extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to help. Very good hot showers and fast wifi. The only downside is that the kitchen is very simple and there's no fridge, though I didn't mind since there are many restaurants nearby

Amazing hostel, super friendly staff, very helpful. The younger guy booked my bus for me, organising the best route and took no money for himself. Amazing breakfast, great coffee, cute cat, great location, a brilliant first night in Argentina

Its clean, has comfy beds and really helpful friendly staff. Good location. Bit noisy at times from the street outside. Lola the cat is hilarious and crazy. Stayed here twice in between trips.

This is one of the cutest hostels I've been to and it has a really homely atmosphere. The staff is really sweet, they'll help you with everything and can even book bus tickets for you. But be careful, they have a cat and it goes into all the rooms. Because of allergies I probably can't stay here again, but I had a lovely experience anyway.

Excellent hostel, would definitely recommend. Staff are great and hostel is in a good central location. Also offers a good range of well priced tours. Not for those with cat allergies.
