A hostel for everyone. Good place to socialice, they are organising pub crawls and other activieties here everyday, but it is still quiete in the rooms and if you want to go early to bed you can do so. good location, very friendly staff, big hostel

Had a great stay at the hostel! Only downside are the extremly tiny toilets! Men with longer legs hardly fit in! But overall and especially for the great price per night it is very recommandable! In the middle of madrid and very clean!

out of 10, I would give them 9. clean, excellently located, good kitchen, nice rooms, free wi fi. the only minus is occasionaly noise, like really noisy laugh, singing, screaming durig the night. during my two night stay, I was on the third floor (don't know about other floors), both nights was like that, it just has to wake you up. maybe stuff could do something about it.

Ideal for one night, with free breakfast, free sangria after 9:30pm , free paella after 10pm and many tours and events happening daily. The location is also pretty good, close to the metro and some of the most important places in Madrid. The only bad thing was that the internet was only available at the reception and the check out is annoyingly early (10:30 am). Also you are not given any towels. Other than that, I would most probably recommend it.

The facilities seemed clean but were definitely older. My room was nice with its own bathroom and shower adjacent to the room. The location of the hostel was awesome! The hostel was only about a ten minute walk from the Prado Museum and a ten to fifteen minute walk from the Gran Via, the palace, and plenty of other Madrid sites. The staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions. Breakfast was decent but fairly average -- cereal or toast.

Place was fantastic, staff were funny the walking tour with Carlos was great. The rooms were clean and had aircon. I will be coming back next time I'm in Madrid

i had a very nice stay at this hostel, helpfull staff, the dorm i was in was quite spacious and confortable, and the patio is nice for having breakfast.but one thing i cannot understand is that they use plastic plates, cups and cutlery when serving the breakfast,it would be a nice idea to change this to produce less waste and also it would be nice to have separated rubbish bins for paper, glass, plastic and organic waste.

The location is perfect, really close to a metro station & the city centre, also the staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was really good as well. Luckily there was airconditioning in the rooms, otherwise we would have no sleep at all. Also the Pub Crawl is really fun!

Staff were awesome and helpful. Arrived very early my first day and was invited to breakfast. The hostel is close to museums and attractions. Walking tour was cool and informative, thanks Carlos! Supermarket is just down the street and the kitchen is well equipped. Free sangria every night, paella on Saturdays. If you're in town for the weekend the pub crawl is recommended and cost less than the entrance fee to club Kapital.

Best hostel that I've stayed at so far! Very clean and safe rooms, and perfect location within walking distance to all of the major sights and nightlife in Madrid. Staff is very helpful, and the bar crawl and walking tour that the hostel does is great! Would definitely reccommend!

You definitely get what you pay for here. For one cheap night in Madrid, it was fine. It says it in the description, but WiFi is only available in the lobby. Wouldn't be a problem except that everyone sits there to use it so it's really slow. Additionally, they let people smoke in the patio that you have to walk through to get from the main part of the hostel to the kitchen and all the hallways have windows that open up to the patio so there is a stale smell of cigarette smoke throughout.

I liked the fact that it was in the heart of the center, everything was very near. Also the people I met were really wonderful. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who travels to Madrid.

The lock system for the doors and lockers is hard to use and a little unneccessary when normal keys would suffice. From the room you could hear everything happening in the hallway and the room above, was noisy and hard to sleep

I didn't enjoy my stay at this hostel at all. The garden and kitchen were closed after 11pm, so there was no common area to relax in and you couldn't make any late night food. I left a bag of dry food places neatly on a side counter since there was no cupboard space and the staff threw it out!! I lost 20 euros worth of unopened food and no one offered to compensate me. The bathrooms stalls and showers were tiny. The garden area was pretty bad and lacked any music or atmosphere. do not book.

Great location! If you like to party you'll love it. There are many bars around the corner. To me it was a little too loud. Breakfast included, cheap laundry service, great staff and great things going on. If I was to do it again id choose an all feminine room with maybe 4 people ☺️

There was not enough common area. There were people sitting on any surface available, stairs, hallway, lobby, etc. Kitchen was always crowded and breakfast was a chaos. Again, not enough space in the refrigerator. Not enough pots or pans either. They provided plastic dishes and cutlery which I didn't like but it kind of worked as there were not enough space to do the dishes anyway. There were a lot of people and simply not enough space.
