no WiFi in room. and, although the guests have to make bed, the hostel doesn't even seem to try to make the bed less dirty and disgusting.
It's located in a very good location and with a very reasonable price and breakfast included. Don't forget the free Pealla night and Sangria game. But the shower room and toilet are tiny. And suggest not to use so many disposable cutleries during the breakfast time.
Had so much fun staying here! There was a free walking tour (the guide was so fun and it was so helpful), free paella on saturday nights, and the pub crawl was fantastic. The location couldn't be better, you're within walking distance of everything!

The location is great. A lot of activities. Easy to make friends. The security is really good.
Love this hostel with awesome and friendly staff , we wish we could stay here longer but a group of small little kid were checking in ....
The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to go out of their way to offer their assistance. The facilities was super clean and right in the center of the city. Would definitely stay again!
Walking in, we weren't expecting much. The staff were nice, especially Valentina, but the common area isn't very conducive to meeting new travelers. That's not to say there isn't a backpacker vibe. It's definitely there, but the lack of age restrictions meant large groups of school-age kids and older people staying as well. Regardless, we had a great time cooking nice meals with other travelers in the well-stocked kitchen and met many cool people.
Bed is very noisy and I can't move a little bit made me very stressful The door of bathroom need to be improved
Arrived early in the morning but was offered to put our bags away and a washroom to shower and get ready in. We also had breakfast even if we weren't checked in. Basic breakfast but it was perfect! Very nice people and good location!
WiFi only in reception, organised pub crawls, great staff (very friendly and helpful!), good enough facilities.
Was the last thing available, booked 2 nights. Big hostel. First night had a floor full of kids who got up at 5:30am and we're very loud - their bathroom was next to my room. Was in a room with 5 guys, which Is fine but it stunk... Met a few nice people for a large generic hostel. The front area is good for the bad wifi connection. Not the greatest social areas here. Second night was quieter - I realise that the venue can't control the kids or the smell of men. Ibrahim on the desk was a gem!
The wifi only worked in the lobby or if you sat on the stairs. My friend that I was travelling with her key card to her locker wasn't working so she was leaving her stuff unsecured when we would go out for the day. Breakfast was pretty average, I have had better meals at other hostels. Overall experience was pretty average, this hostel is good if you just want to spend a couple days in Madrid.
It was a nice hostel with clean, spacious rooms and social areas, but the wifi was really bad (even in the common area) and most of the time the computers did not seem to work very well either.
The rooms and lockers had these fancy high-tech keys, so I felt very secure. The staff was very helpful in telling us how to get to the airport. Our stay here was brief, but it was good value for the cost.
Didn't enjoy my stay here, no WiFi in the rooms which is inexcusable in 2015, place is dirty and there was zero atmosphere. holes in the walls and two outlets for a room of 10 is ridiculous.
Bathrooms and the showers worked nicely. The pulse water function on the showers was effective. A good way to take a shower and save water. Also, the amber lights on motion detectors worked well.
Nice hostel, well located. Very social and easy to meet other people. Hostel attracts guests of various ages- the majority were 20-somethings enjoying a eurotrip, but there were a handful of old adults who often would get upset when other guests would talk at night. Reception also not open 24/7.
Highly-recommended hostel for any youth who enjoy traveling. I've met lots of awesome people there. Common area and kitchen are good places to hang out and talk with your hostel fellow. 5 minutes walking from Grand de Sol so perfect location, within the city center. However, I notice that the hostel staff hardly involved in any activities with guests, except one guy who is in charge for the pub crawl.
The staff was correct and the location is perfect, really close to everything in the city center. The room was OK and clean enough. Perfect to spend couple of nights.
