Beautiful location and grounds. You can see the mountains in the background and the posada has a garden area in which you can sit out in. The couple that run the posada are friendly and helpful. They offer food throughout the day, with a nice variety (eggs, pancakes, mexican, texan chilli, burgers, granola & yoghurt). The beds are lovely and warm with down quilts and the showers are warm. I would've like to have moved in.

this is the best place to stay in samaipata! great food (the homemade granola with fruit and yogurt is delicious), great scenery and great people. the owners make you feel at home as soon as you arrive and will go out of their way to help with anything during your stay. trent also has a wonderful movie collection for those colder days. the rooms and food are great value and among some of the cleanest we have come across in south america. wish we could have stayed longer, we will see you again =)
