Flores at reception is amazing. Very helpful and kind. Thought the location is a 30min walk out of town the place is really nice and the second place I stayed in town was no where close to as nice.

I felt very much at home at the La Posta. If I ever come back I would love to stay there again. Luc and Flo were very helpful. They even found out about my yellow fiever vaccination for me. So it was a breeze to get that done at Ushuaia. Thank you guys for your help!!!!

We really liked staying at "La Posta". The staff is very helpful and they give you good advices for trips in and around Ushuaia. You find a warm and friendly atmosphere. The hostel is located in a quiet area of Ushuaia. Even if the hostel is located approx. 1 km away from the city centre you get there easily by bus. The hostel facilities are clean and confortable.

Nice place to stay, clean, This place is not noisy.. People working at hostel are very friendly, thanks . They know important turistic information about Ushuaia. This hostel is so far city center, you depend on the bus ( travel 30 minutes), taxicab (USD$4), or rent a car for day and kms. If you want to walk, it is 40 minutes one way (you must think it). Internet is very slowly. There's not friendly atmosphere between tourists, example. germans, Rooms closed to kitchen receive foods smell

Although the staff was fantastically friendly and helpful, the common bathrooms were rather dirty and i found it very noisy. Also, its about a 20-40min walk from downtown (although convenient for the airport).

Very nice and pleasant hostel. Cosy atmosphere and a nice character. Staff is very very nice and helps out with anything. Definitively a good place if you do not mind a short walk to the town.

Although a little out of town, the superb staff and facilities more than make up for this. Lucas and Flo were very helpful and friendly. The hostel is comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this hostel for people who like friendly places with a chilled and laid back atmosphere, who want to meet lots of other travellers in relaxing surroundings and who do not always want to party.

super friendly and helpful staff, that speaks fluent english and french. hostel was very clean and safe!! the common area could be a little bit better (couch, games etc) we would stay here again. but if you don´t have a car it is a bit to far away from the citycenter.

Very nice place, located outside of the center but worth the distance.

Clean with great staff who were very helpful (most spoke great English too). We stayed in a double room and it had it^s own safe which was very convenient. It´s a bit of a trek into town for food (about 20-30 minutes each way).

Excellent Hostel and the Staff couldn't have been more helpful! The private rooms were big with big beds and it's one of the hottest showers I've ever had in South America! Definitely recommend this hostel.

The staff at La Posta were very warm and very helpful. Also the rooms, kitchens and common areas were really clean and comfortable. I really loved the garden and the homey feeling of the hostel. The one drawback is that it is about a 25 minute walk to town, but the pro to that is that the neighborhood is quiet and you can get good sleep. It is also very close to the airport.

We were very lucky to stay in this hostel in Ushuaia. The staff is amazing...respectful, polite, and awesomely helpful (thanks Flo, Stephany, everyone). Whenever we visit Ushuaia again, this will be the place to stay!

Nice place, bit far out of town but walkable and many cheap taxis if raining. dorm room was spacious with individual lockers. kitchens are well stocked. lucus and flo were lovely and very helpful. there is a washing machine for use which is very convenient. bathrooms were disappointing (not always clean and only shower curtains, nowhere private to change) but overall a great hostel. Recommended.

Lovely people will welcome you and feel like home. A day at leisure here has so many nice aspects to enjoy a peaceful day of your holiday, when you need to restore after a long walk in Ushuaia. Lucas and Flo always smiling and proactive to help you out, support or just give you any unrequested and highly appreciated advice. The location out of the town can be considered an additional value if you want to stay out of the crowd and noisy main street. Highly recommended!

Please put toilet paper in every stall! It was really annoying that it was just on the wall.

The staff in the hostel were knowledgeable and caring. Hostel attracts more the 30-45 year olds, which makes it a quieter place at night than other hostels in town.

The staff were very hospitable and gave good recommendations for daytime activities. The hostel is located out of town (20 minute brisk walk), but this allowed a better atmosphere and experience away from the hustle of the touristy downtown area. I enjoyed the exercise walking into town, but the cabs were only 15-20 pesos if you'd prefer to get a ride.
