Hi . I like to put some things clear. - It's true that some employees doesn't speak English, and we should have more people who speak it. The true is that in the last months we didn't have a lot of guest that speaks English, and we had a lot of portuguese-speaking guests, so when we hire new staff we focus on that. But, as I told, it's our mistake, and you're right. - About the kitchen tools, we try to have all clean and ready to use, but it's difficult when the guess doesn't colaborate. But we're going to improve our efforts to solve that thing, thanks to your comment. - Hot water. All the bathrooms have hot water the 24 hours. I don't know why you cant use it. We didn't have any other complains about it. But, anyway, we'll check that. - Air condition. Some rooms have, and some rooms doesn't. We always tell the people about the room. And if I don't remember wrong, we give you two rooms with AC. - Price. There's no "other price in Hostelworld". The account was in dollars, and we ask to pay in dollars. The thing is that in Argentina there's trouble with money exchange, due to official regulations, that make impossible to us (or any other hostel) to take the official rate of exchange. So, to keep it simple, you can always pay in dollars (cause the account is in dollars). And there's a lot of good things at the hostel. It's our mistake that we couldn't help you to discover it.
