Nice, clean home base. There is not a ton of character, but you have good facilities, (bathroom in room) and good location. You aren't staying in venice to sit in a room, so this was perfect for us. It was a bit tough to find. We had an awesome time here, it was like having our own little apartment in this amazing city. Good food and drinks are never far away, and it was close enough to the station that there was no trouble with our bags.
