First class place. The restaurant produces quality local food and the menu changes each day. THe pasta was made fresh in front of us. Its a fair drive from Assisi and some of the main towns so we spent most days by the pool with the view across the mountains. Not bad to do day trips to Montefalco etc. Great rooms, staff.First class place. The restaurant produces quality local food and the menu changes each day. THe pasta was made fresh in front of us.
