Excellent staff but unfriendly owner. Common area looked very worn and unclean. Room was OK.
An upstairs apartment in which we stayed was maintained on an average basis. The bedroom was ridiculously warm, we didn't get a proper nights sleep the 2 nights we stayed. No real atmosphere, there was another older couple staying at the same time. For the price we paid ($35 per night) this place definitely wasn't worth it, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Grab a hostels for 1/2 the price, that's what we did for our last 2 nights in San Juan.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The kitchen and living area is wonderful. They have a porch and rooftop with a comfy hammock.
Nice small shared apartments for guests. Included 3 rooms, a kitchenette and living area including a deck with a hammock. Living area was very nice, but bedrooms were a little uncomfortable due to lack of air circulation at night. Bathroom was standard if Nicaragua.
