Cosy! Nice staff - and admirable, considering their carrying breakfast trays etc up and down those tiny stairs:) I especially enjoyed having breakfast in bed. The coffee was good, croissants fresh.

The location is just a block or two away from the Grand Palace and right across the street from one of Brussels most popular statues! The room was clean and had a full bathroom with a private shower. I would recommend La Vieille Lanterne to anyone traveling to Brussels!

I really enjoyed staying here. You couldn't ask for a better location!! They bring your breakfast to your room in the morning and the staff was very nice. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Very cute 6 room hotel. It is very tight on the first level as there is the gift shop and tiny office where you check in. It is also a very small windy steep staircase to get up to the rooms. The room was very nice, small, but perfect. The windows looked right out onto the street. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast in the room was very nice. And the staff was so sweet!
