Quite dissatisfied. The common area is basically a garage (cold) with castaway furniture. My room was on that floor and was very cold when I checked in - it took hours to warm up. Annoying hours for reception and luggage rooms to be open. The unfriendly man at reception didn't give me a towel (assumed it was in the room) and then when I wanted to shower the next morn, reception didn't open til 10 (also where the coffee is). Cannot retrieve luggage btwn 12:30-2:30. Dirty bathroom. Location okay.

Really great hostel. In a good location central in Toulouse. The woman at reception (I never got her name) was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped with a kitchen if you want to cook there. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Toulouse.

The location is really good. The room is big and with a kitchen. The decoration of the room is also colourful. But the mattress was not comfortable, feeling sinking into... I suggest the hostel to change it.

The major assets of this hostel is the staff who are very helpful and even organised a small party on new year"s eve and the location which is quite central. On the drawbacks is the entance which is rather unwelcome ,dirty and with useless objects scattered around. The doors to the rooms are dirty and the area where the fairly good common room is is again full of things as if it is a store room.I think the hostel should try and fix these two areas.Generally the place is nice and good value for m

Decent hostel, the rooms are set up like apartments rather than dorms with your own kitchen and bathroom. The hot water is pretty hit and miss and there isn't really a communal area so you don't meet a lot of people. Security is great but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night.

The hostel was great. Everything you could want, Free Wifi, comfy beds, kitchenette in the room, en-suite, lockers (need your own padlock) and bargain price! Very close to shops etc too. Thanks guys, great job :) Jay

Recommended. Easy walk into town. Would have liked a communal area.

Very good choice was to stay in dorm. One can enjoy the kitchen and the bathroom inside the room. There was no breakfast included but the linen and towels are for free!

The hostel is well located and has everything you need including lockers, wifi, kitchen equipment and a lift. Security is great, with keys required to enter each room as well as several passcodes to enter the building. The hostel is located in a very safe area near the university despite what many reviews will claim. My only qualm is that there is virtually no atmosphere here, and little effort is made to provide it. Otherwise, this is your nest bet in Toulouse.

Great location and space in room. Clean and brilliant facilities. In uni district and proximity to centre and all transport great. Stay here.

One of the best hostels I have stayed at, came back there a few days later when I returned to Toulouse. Great location near the city centre and an easy walk to good bars and sights. Really helpful and friendly staff.

This hostel was wonderful! Though the surrounding area is a little bit sketchy at times, inside is great. The rooms are spacious and the private kitchens and bathroom were amazing. The downstairs area and villa were great to hang out in and meet new people. The woman at the desk was so kind and helpful. It was also only a few minutes from everything you wanted to visit. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay there, the room was very nice and clean and I liked having kitchen facilities in the room. It was very close to the places I wanted to visit which was very practical. If breakfast had been included it would have been perfect!
