It doesn'have much of the hostel feel, more really like a palace where everyone sleeps. The small kitchen inside the bedroom is great but kinda hard to make/eat breakfast if your roomates are asleep. The common room isn't super inviting. The location is perfect though and it's clean and functional enough. Extra points for the possibilty of borrowing a hair drier from reception.

Lovely reception staff. Communal area downstairs was nice. Kitchens in bedrooms are a good idea. Thank you.

excellent. The staff is very helpful and nice. The 4 girls room is clean and comfortable. Location is good. Really enjoy the stay.

Excellent and helpful service from the staff!

Thank you so much for your nice comment!!! We hope to see you back here soon!! :)

Great hostel, great location, great staff!

Good location within walking distance to Campans Caffarelli metro station and St Sernin church. Friendly staffs, but the opening hours of the office is limited, especially in the morning (only from 10am to 12:30pm). My room is ok, with ensuite bathroom and kitchen. There's a Carrefour at Campans Caffarelli metro station so it's easy to buy things to cook in the room. There's also wifi in the room, but I find it unstable, especially when everyone is surfing at the same time.

As hostels go, pretty basic. Got a little cold at night but it was fine with blankets (which were provided). I also don't think that all of the staff spoke English (I speak French so that wasn't a problem). I don't know if it was because of the season (around Christmas), but it was one of the quietest hostels I've ever been to. Not in the sense of it not being a party hostel (it wasn't) but in the sense that it was pretty much dead.

Hi and thanks for your comment. We hope you had good stay with us. It is true that we didn't have so many customers this Chirstmas, but if you want to enjoy life in a hostel, we advise you to visit us this summer! With the good weather our garden and the piano areas become amazing for socializing!

Was okay. Only hostel I've been to that had a kitchen in the room. Didn't really have much of a common room or communal kitchen so maybe meeting people could be hard. Toulouse isn't that big so location is good

In general good, except not so clean, even moldy food slept in a microwave which was in our dorm (la chambre Marie), God knows for how long...

Hello and thank you so much for your comment. We are happy you found the hostel good in general and we feel sorry about the food left in the microwave! Maybe some clients do not respect entirely our rules about cleaning cutlery, microwave etc. And it could be that our cleaning team forgot to have a look there for a few days. We will correct that, thanks for pointing this out.

This hostel was ok. I think it would be a lot better in summer. We were there when it was really cold, and the social areas were freezing. One is outdoors - more of a car port with couches, and the other is in the attic. Luckily we were able to have some hot home made soup made by the hostel for very cheap. The rooms were ok, but cold again, and smelt a little like food as room mates had been cooking. This also means people are more likely to eat in their own rooms not social areas.

Hi and thanks for your comment! Yes, both the hostel and the city have more life in summer time, we hope you can come back and enjoy it in the future! If in your next visit you find your room cold, please come to reception and we will make sure you know how to adjust the temperature with the electrical heating. See you soon!

It is a great place, all the staff very helpful, helpful beyond the everyday things. Just thought 22 EUR was a bit much.

Thank you so much for your comment, it is always good to hear our clients'voices! Regarding the price, we would like to point out that for 22 € you are in the city center of Toulouse (there are no other places around at this price), that all our rooms have an ensuite bathroom and a kitchen so our clients can also save money, and our free services: Wifi, lockers, games, instruments, etc. Considering this and all the taxes we must pay...we think we are doing pretty well! See you soon!

Nice location, good staff, but it lacked charm or character.

Thank you for your comment. It is true that in winter our guests spend ,ore ti,e in their rooms; so there is not so much "hostel life" but we will try to encourage the use of the common areas in the future. We hope to see you soon!
