Great place with lovely hosts. The 30 min walk to the old town is probably the only downfall, but that can be forgiven for all the other things that make this place so nice. Also, the fun factor would have no doubt rated higher had we not stayed mid-week during the quiet season. Regardless, definitely recommend to anyone. Great place with lovely hosts. A fantastic place to stay... for very cheap you are accomodated like in a great hostel with your own batheroom and a big living space to share. Daniel and his wife will welcome you a way you have rarely seen, they are just great and so warm. I stayed for a few days and it was a lovely place. The host were fantastic giving me local information and help when needed. They were very friendly offering evenings with them. Location was a bit out of town but buses train are close and even a taxi doesnt costmuch into town.I stayed for a few days and it was a lovely place. Wonderful owners, very helpful & knowledgeable. Lovely place, the kitchen & living room were clean, well supplied & comfortable - very useful as my partner was ill in bed! Comfortable room with balcony & corner bath. Easy walk into town & supermarket & chemist on the next street. It was nice to take a break from eating Romanian food & cook our own. Highly recommended & well above hostel standard - i've stayed in far worse hotels.Wonderful owners, very helpful & knowledgeable. This guesthouse is sensational, and a worthwhile destination all of itself. While the rooms and facilities are great, the best thing are the thoughtful and interesting hosts, Anu and Daniel. They were just amazing, and really welcomed us into their family while we were there. Our many conversations with them, and experiencing their sauna and pool in the snow were true highlights of our trip! This was the best guesthouse we have stayed in during our past 6 months on the road! Daniel and Anu are amazing hosts! We had a large double room with balcony and private bathroom - very clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen and common area are clean and feel just like being at home.
