The people running this B&B are very friendly and we felt at home even though we stayed just for one night. We had a very nice room and communal area (kitchen, living room) were very spacious and nice. The only disadvantage is the lonely location, so you need a car to reach anything, but the view is just terrific! This place spectacularly located in the Umbrian hills, and the suite is brand new and beautiful. It is 5 km outside of Assisi so you either need a car or to call the owner of the hotel, who is a taxi driver. For a small fee, he will drive you to and from Assisi. It is really beautiful, clean and pleasant, and breakfast was a great, homemade, fresh pie.
