The drains of the showers were a bit smelly, but I'm sure that's more to do with the fact it's winter and there's not many people staying! It was a really nice, relaxed hostel, and the beds were comfy too! It's located within 10 minutes walk of just about anything you could possibly want to see in Weimar.
The hostel is very very cozy, with an excellent atmosphere, and the way the beds are disposed is just awesome! The breakfast is totally worth to buy, with a good variety of things to eat. The staff is pretty helpful and friendly. The localization is pretty good, next to the city center and right at bus stop with pretty much every bus in the city, and only 10 to 15 minutes in a slightly downhill walk from the train station. Awesome place to spend some days.

Good hostel all in all. Location is great. Near museums of interest (Bauhaus Museum, Schiller Museum, Goethe Museum, etc.) Breakfast is also very substantial. Typical German breakfast (hams, bread, jams and cheese!) A little older than the usual hostels I've stayed at, but I'm guessing that's how the ambiance is meant to be. Still a great hostel. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Weimar! They should, however, think of providing bigger lockers to fit your luggages.
Totally brilliant! And the staff were so helpful and friendly. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when we return to Weimar! Even all the guests were considerate and friendly! Brilliant in all areas! Bravo
A warm,, friendly place to stay in the heart of Weimar. Easy walk from train station.o
