Nice location, cheap hostel, bad quality, no atmosfere, no wish to keep the clients happy, just money, but it works I guess if you want to have a bed and sleep for a while in a beautiful city.

very loud, not very clean, alright location, store luggage until 17.00

The hostel was in a great location, close to the shops and centre. We were in a room of 12 which was a little squashed but great for meeting people, would be great for groups of travelers.

It was terrible !! When we reached there the hostel said that your reservation has been cancelled and that there is no reservation on your name now. Over all we were harassed and then we were told to go. We had to find another hotel which costed us very much even though it was not our mistake

Despite booking a private room, it was quite noisy. Every time someone went to use the shared bathroom, it sounded like they were trying to enter our room. The bed was made of foam, very uncomfortable to sleep in and with what seemed to be hole in the middle. Woke up many times due to the discomfort. It should also be noted that you have to make your own bed. The staff was not polite or considerate. The staff who took our keys during checkout did not even acknowledge our presence.

Just horrible. Staff, beds, rooms, kitchen, toilets... everything! The only positive thing was the location. If the sheets would've been dirty i would have walked away! I'd never ever recommend this hostel to anybody because if you're looking for the cheap Place to sleep even street is better than this. Hostel wasn't even that cheap, not even in Vienna. We were totally disapointed.

Receptionist was very impolite, I mean, she was really rude! Not only with me but others guests as well! Just one restroom, noise dorm with too many people!

The old lady in the reception can't speak english, but even so she is EXTREMELY rude, the bedrooms are noisy, hot, not enough space for the huge number of gests, just one restroom for men's and one for lady's in a dorm with more than 20!

just one resroom and two showers to a crowd!! And also old and dirty, terrible english, rude and unhelpfull old lady in the staff, avoid this hostel!!! the rooms are too small for the number of guests, noisy, hot, do a favor to yourself and fing another one

Staff not friendly or helpful and rooms very cramped, also made to feel that our stuff wouldn't be safe left in the hostel. Great location though and they have lockers if you're worried! Showers and kitchen stuff fine for what we needed.

If you're looking for a cheap hostel, this is actually quite good! Perfect location and the beds were pretty comfortable. The staff were horribly rude. Both times i went in the reception, they were arguing with other guests. The cleaning lady even yelled at someone. Overall, not bad if you are only staying for a few nights.

In terms of localization, the hostel is great, you just need to walk 5 or 10 mins until the main attractions of the center. However it is really old and the bathrooms are quite terrible. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff was nice during the check-in. It's acceptable for one night but no more than that.

Bathroom not private!

The location of the hostel is good as it is right in the middle of the city, apart from that everything else about this place was not very good! The security is abit suspect and the place is quite unclean. As for the staff the women who ran it gave us a lecture about not drinking too much as we were from England! Which I found patronizing and threatened to fine us all the time about things like lost keys. All in all not a very nice place or people that run it, I shall not be coming back! Pete

showers were dirty and anyone could enter halfway through, and kitchen was just a microwave and fridge. staff rude and almost non-existent, had to wait 30 minutes as the receptionist had gone to the shops. good lounge room to meet people but bed rooms were small. easy to find from the main subway system and close to many restaurants and bars.

Comparing it with others, the cost doesn't values the accomodation. The rooms seem a factory, the sheets are dirty.

You can't complain about this option for lodging since it's the cheapest in such expensive city that is Vienna, its location is also the best so you can save money by not using the public transport innecesarily. However, it would be nice to attend some details: to provide at least one single electric stove for cooking (pasta, or something simple like that). The lock of the WC's door is damaged (Men), as well as the crystal entrance; those need to be repaired. Thanks for attending this review.

I had minimal contact with the staff. The hostel is set up so that guests stay at one of three different locations, and there wasn't really a main lounge in which to meet other travellers, so if you're looking for a social hostel, this one isn't for you. There were lockers in the rooms, but no breakfast. It was a very basic hostel experience, but if you're like me- I don't care about comfort or the extras, I just want a cheap place close to the centre of the city- it's perfect.

Very noisy, couldn't sleep

Only stayed for one night, but it was OK. Nothing gone missing. Great location, a few steps from the nearest U-bahn station. Clean rooms, a bit crowded, but thats the same in every hostel. The only minus I give is for the non working Wi-Fi. ;-)
