The worst hostel I have ever been to! Therre was nobody at the reception when someone must be there because it should be opened at that time! The rooms were very poor, and in my case, i had to cross two rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen to get in my room! So, even if the location is good, the other important things of the hostel were so bad, than I will never recommend this hostel, NEVER!

it was superb. Check-in was blazing fast (2-3 min), stayed in a 4 mixed dorm which were located in Lindengasse 1. Seemed absolutely secure, got 3 keys (rooms are also lockable). Showers, WCs, linen were perfectly clean (mattress and pillow weren't but who cares), wifi worked fine, PC was free to use. Lockers per person are available in each room. (advised to bring your own padlock though) Warm shower, free tea, microwave owen, etc. Book 4 mixed dorm, it worth the extra money. Gonna visit again!

This hostel has a good facilities and very close to the metro station..The location is just between the Vienna Historical Area and the other part.So you can enjoy the culutural activities durşng the day and at night you can discover the rest of the city..A very close super market exist and its a nice hostel that you can stay..There is no negative thing i can say .. And the rooms are wide so you dont feel pressed..

Good place to stay if you're looking for a place just to sleep. Wi-fi and lockers in the rooms, access to a fridge and microwave. Just the basic, but it was good enough for me.

I chose this place only to sleep, as for the price that's what you can expect. But given the cold rooms, the interconnectedness of the rooms (making it unavoidable for us to ignore other people's noise) it was pretty hard to sleep too. So ahm.. Absolutely not recommended.

- Near to city centre (15 minutes by walkig) - Next to shopping street - There are 3 buildings of hostel. Mine was nr. 15. I thought that mine was a night club before because there was a nameplate on the dorr called "blue colorado" and the enstrance looks like a club. - You can find 24 hours warm water with clean bath. -Internet access -Rooms are connected in each other so that means every people lives in a large corridor but there was also an advantage of that you can find lots of new friends.

I stayed in the female dorm. It was good, with wi-fi and a locker in the room. Access to a fridge and microwave. But the beds and the floor were very noisy and the staff wasn't friendly at all. At least you don't have to see them often. Anyway, if one wants just a place to sleep without spending more than necessary, this hostel is ok.

If you don't care that you sleep with other 15 people in one room it is the best option in Vienna.

Considering the price and the location, the hostel is very good. As others have commented, the rooms are in a different building than the reception, so that there is nobody of the staff near the rooms. It is recommended.

+ : price, location, computer available for free when you don't have your own laptop - : only one shower (and it's not very clean), tiny and smelly room, staff not smiling, you have to pay 50€ if you lose your keys

Weird. I arrived at 14:50 when reception should've been open and a note on the door said back at 15:00. I came back at 15:15 & a new note said back at 15:30!! A miserable Russian lady eventually showed up and gave me some clean sheets and a key and I went to the other side of the building were the dorm was, which is a long room with a sink, kettle, microwave and bathroom at the end of it. The location is good and it's quite communal, but I would never come back and stay here.

You'd think you get what you pay for, but it's worth paying a few euros more and staying somewhere better. The staff tell you one thing nd do another. Make promises then break them. They'll make up any old nonsense just to get a few more Euros out of you. Shoddy.
