Hostel itself is a good place to catch a night sleep (if you don't mind squeaky IKEA bunk beds), but there's nothing to do. No common room, etc. Spread across 3 locations, I've had chance to sleep in one of them. Half of it was in good condition, other half was mediocre, but it was clean. Staff has been very helpful, and overall it has been a good experience. I hope to stay there next time when I'm in Vienna.

I spend a wonderful night in Labyrinth Hostel! The best thing was, that every room was very warm. Its nearly already winter and there cant be something better than to come from outside (eg. from the christmas market 100 m away (!!!) and to step in the warmth of you room! I liked the wifi in all rooms, the big lockers, the much space (beds arent very near to each other) and the many bath facilitys and free pc stations. Had a great time!

Maybe not very atmospheric but for sure safe, perfectly located (in the center of Vienna; close to Museum Quartier) and relatively cheap. I don't understand one thing: on check-in we were told that there would be a breakfast on following day but in fact there wasn't any - luckily we found Zielpunkt (local discount shop) just by the corner;-)

The hostel (twin private) is perfectly ok, it is a bit noisy, since the walls are very thin, but that did not bother us. It is clean and perfectly located, staff is alright, although not particularly friendly. In general, we recommend.

If you plan on spending any time in your hostel, don't book this one. Stained sheets, no hang out/common room, awful unhelpful staff, and just a bad vibe in general. The staff will have no recommendations for you and won't be in the office during the posted hours. They give you sheets that don't fit the bed and an old, stained, comforter. It's only redeeming quality is it's location

I booked beds in a room with 10 beds. I got 8 beds in a passage with 24 beds divided in 3 unseparated sections. If you are unlucky, you'll stay in section A, what is right near the entrance door, so it's windy and you must pass trough the all dorm to get to the showers.

well located, in the center, close to everything. Security not so complex, for this price it was OK.

We only stayed here one night, fortunatey. The "kitchen" (without stove or oven) was dirty. The part of the hostel we stayed in was like an old warehouse... My sheets were stained.. you felt dirty being there. But I liked the bathroom, and there was wifi. You pay for what you get.

The staff was helpful when I needed, the bathrooms are really good - good showers, hair dryers. Do not have a stove, but has microwave and sink. The beds make noises, so if you have someone up you in the bunk beds, you will have some difficult to sleep.

Not only was the staff extremely unfriendly, inconsiderate, and largely unavailable, the atmosphere around the hostel itself was very negative. There was no unity in the rooms, or among the guests, or even within the hostel itself. Not a hostel that I would recommend to my friends, especially if it appears to disregard and even take criticism with the disdain that it does.

The receptionist was the most unfriendly person i have ever met. And the hostel was very old, the toilets were super cold ...

The staff there are on average friendly - but when you started to ask more questions, they may find you being a bit annoying and responded in a insufficient way. Room A, B, C are actually connected with a door merely leading towards the bathroom and the toilets and Room D. So security is probably not as good as expected. (But there are lockers which is quite convenient) Located at the corner of the street where trams often go by, one can easily hear the noise in the middle of the night*

I have stayed only 2 nights. The location was very good and the room ok. The toilets were just pk but the showers awful. I am not even talking about the staff. Very poor manners and not welcoming at all.

I was quite surprised because as you choose room, you don't get separate room with DOORS only like a long hall with beds. However, showers and toilets have doors :)
