If you don't mind living in a long wide hall with beds it's ok :) I pretty much enjoyed my stay.

This hostel is in an excellent location in the center city area. The part where I stayed, with private rooms only (and shared bathroom facilities and some kitchen equipment) was in a fine older building that had lots of character, beautiful wood floors, high ceilings. The rooms were clean as were the bathroom fixtures, but the shower stalls weren't pristine and common areas showed some wear. My only interaction with the Reception desk, which was in a nearby building, was checking in and out.

I enjoyed staying at the Labyrinth hostel a lot!!! It's not a palace, of course, but a tiny nice place. The most important plus of it, of course, is its location. You can get everywhere in the centre of Vienna by foot! There is also a cheap supermarket in 3 min walking distance. Linen was clean, showers good. I would also recommend visiting Sofa Jazz Cafe on Lindengasse (opposite to hostel reception) - it's a strange tiny place with a real furnace (true wood heating!!), cheap prices, great beer.

This is hostel, with excelent location - almost in city center. You have there all you can expect hostel should have. Problem is if you are by car, because of city center. Basicaly there is almost no place to park. I was driving circles around for 30minutes before I found one spot.

the hostel consisted of many apartment rooms. one was awful, dormitory for 8.it was actually almost for 30 people. without any security and with the worst conditions. but they helped us change the room, so we moved to the 4 people dormitory in an other apartment, which was ok.

We were a group of 10 people so that we had our private room in the back of the hostel. if not I think I wouldn't have liked to sleep in a place where people have to cross it to go to their room.

Our room was very clean and had an excellent location. However, it was more of an orphanage than a hostel-- we were in one long "corridor" room with about 30 beds and no doors between what were advertised as separate rooms. There are lockers but we once came home to find the front door open. That said, this hostel is very clean and we were incredibly close to all of the attractions and to public transit. It is very difficult to find this hostel when you are first looking for it.

They have to improve the little things than can help u when u are taking shower, u dont have any place to put ur shampoo and stuff like that even for ur towel. Everithing else was just ok. I have been in better hostels but this one is acceptable, but i have to say that i staid in the building no.1 which has just single rooms and shared rooms for 2 persons or 4 persons, wichs helps a lot to to

Nice, comfy beds. Clean, big living space. Free tea and coffee is excellent. Showers super clean and always hot and strong. Space is a little too open, so if other guests turn on lights or make noise, you WILL get woken up. We found this hostel to be super noisy!!

The staff was very rude and unkind. They gave us wrong informations regarding the city and hostel's conditions. The hostel itself is horrible, with minimum conditions. Worst experience ever.

It's a good hostel about the location and the cleanliness, the problem it's with the staff, there is a woman very not polite. But if I have to go to Vienna again, I'll choose that hostel.

The front and main door to the dorms was regularly left open to the main street leaving the bedrooms open for strangers to come straight in, not very secure! i found the receptionist quite rude and was reluctant to ask her for assistance due to her abrupt and unapproachable manner. I was offered breakfast online however on arrival breakfast had been cancelled!!

Hilarious decorations in this place, and the staff is so friendly/funny. Lots of soul! The beds are not the most comfortable in the world, so you have to be ready to rough it a little bit. But they organized a free bar crawl for us and let us use computers and wifi for free - way more bang for your buck at this place than anywhere else!

Plus: Great location, almost at Museum Quarter. 1 min from underground viz the NH hotel parking. Bed was comfortable and linen was clean. Staff briefed us about eating houses & supermarkets on our arrival which was nice. Minus: Seems quite seedy due to the building & nearby adult club. The floor boards creak loudly at every whisper & walls are paper thin. NO HAND WASH IN TOILET (COMMON) NOR LOCKS IN SHOWER (EVEN LADIES)!!

A former night club, now just a bed depot. The staff is never there, since the reception is around the block. The beds are disposed inside a long corridor with names Room A,B,C. But there are no doors between them. if you stay in room C, everybody passes by to reach bathrooms. It`s impossible to rest without earplugs and schlaffemaske.

The hostel is in a really good location and we could walk everywhere. It is worth it for that alone. The first few nights in the hostel the room was really, really hot. We had to sleep with the window wide open, which also meant that we could hear all the street noise. Once we informed the front desk, the heat was shut off completely and it was cold for the whole last day/night! They said there was some free food at breakfast, however there was a sign saying that was no more.
