The location is excellent, no one cares about interiors' look, but bathrooms are always clean and bedcloth is always new. Good place for take a nap in Vienna. You have what you pay for, good for people who look for a hostel only for 1-3 nights.

well,it is actually better than what I expected....It includes nearly all facilities,...though is a little crowded, yet the building was in Austria old fashion and quite classic...really cheap and location is good. I recommend

It was a very good and central location and it was good that there were a computer. But we stayed in a very stange "sort of" cellar where we had to pass through some dorms to get to our dorm which made the place feel less safe. The lockers werent that good either. The could use a freshen up but overall it was a priceworthy hostel!

cheap but very nasty... the showers were in the 'kitchen' (glorified hallway with a toaster and sink).

The hostel is really labyrinth, the reception and the dorms are not in one an the same street. The hostel consist of one receptions and several other apartments in the same area. It's clean and is very near to the ring and to the main shopping street. The breakfast is very basic - toast, butter and jam.

Most unfriendly woman, that ever worked at a hostel's reception. You're not allowed to leave the windows open in the bathroom..good for the mould-production.. They don't allow people over 45 years to sleep there. You have to say sorry a few times if you check out 5 minutes too late if yo don't want to be charged another night. If you pay at the hostel the prices might be quite different from what you read here. Only really good thing: The location

The layout in this hostel is very bizarre indeed! Felt like we were sleeping in a warehouse bunker, but even this became part of the fun in the end and we made lots of friends here. The shower at the end is really lovely....don't usually comment on that but it really was!

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights, It\'s a mini studio flat with all you need for sleeping and cooking. A few books (including multi language guides of the city) completed the comfort of staying there.

No common room, no kitchen (just a little fridge for a lot of people), no table, no chair.... very simple ! rooms too big and no closed ! so you can be 30 in the long room...

At first this hostel seems a little daunting as its dorms are spread out in buildings across Vienna separate from the reception. Moreover the bed was a little dirty and some of the lockers were broken. However the kitchen facilities are quite good and there is a basic but free breakfast and free tea and hot chocolate at any time. The receptionist is also quite nice and helpful in her suggestions on what to do and go see. In all, a good hostel at a cheap price.

I read a lot of negative comments about this hostel so I expected the worst. The staff was so friendly, the woman really gave me a whole tour to do and told me where the cool kids were going that evening. I loved the shower and bathroom. It was very tidy and there was some cool artwork and a rainshowerhead, luxury! The rooms were quite small and there was a lot of movement, but I expected that so that's ok.

Booked a hostel last minute and this was all that was left - now I know why. Run by a woman who could barely speak any English and who babbled rubbish advice on what to do in the city. The 'hostel' was actually a block of rooms located in an apartment building where construction work was going on inside. Everyone else there looked miserable, probably because they realised the money they had wasted on this place as well. Avoid like the plague!
