Absolutely superb, the most delicious breakfast was a brilliant surprise; great staff especially Shona? Who has a great accent.

It was a really nica stay for us. Expecially because of the staff in the Hostel. They gave us a guide for the City and told us about all the "must seen"s of Belfast. The warm breakfast was delicious and they even organised our Black Taxi Tour.

The people who work at this institution have nice things to say about you. The breakfast is more than sufficient. You have a choice of what you want. It is not like dry white bread forced upon you like a desperate hooker. Food aside the place was amazing and I advise anyone to stay here. Drink red bull and eat plenty of Doritos.

I like that they serve hot breakfast, and we got upgraded to a 4-bed room from a 6-bed room. The GBP16 Giant's Causeway tour is good value too, with a very witty tour guide-cum-driver. Only minor quibbles (a little room for improvement) are the insufficient hooks in the bathroom as well as insufficient wall-plugs for charging of electronics. Otherwise, it has been a good stay!

The staff here was superb. The location is excellent. From here it is a most pleasant walk to downtown and the Ulster Museum, the botanical gardens and the beautiful Queens University are all a short walk away. Do not miss Belfast. The translation of a french travel guide referred to this as "the most welcoming city in the world". it is believable.

One part of the hostel should have more bathrooms. Otherwise its a very good place to stay and interact and the staff is so very helpful. Do take the Giant causeway tour from the hostel itself and ask them for the black cabs tour.

It was really nice to stay here. We had a room with four beds and I can say nothing bad about it. Just a few minutes walk from city center, hot breakfast in price included. Quiet and TV(living) room was also nice. Shower clean with hot water.

This hostel has the best breakfast of any hostel I have ever stayed at. The gentleman who runs the place is kind and even remembered my name one day to the next. Very clean place. I would stay there again for sure.

The door locks all use a combination, so there is no key to lose. There is a free breakfast that includes plenty of meat, eggs, and bread. Location is right next to Queen's University and about a 10 minute walk to the city centre. There are not enough bathrooms, so there is usually a short line for the shower in the morning.

Lagan Backpackers is in an excellent location. Botanic Ave. is a charmer and the gardens and the Ulster Museum are superb. Also don't miss the beautiful Queens College nearby. The staff couldn't have been better. And, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls - Belfast is a gem. I say "Whoa Daddy", it is a GEM. Do not miss this city. Save every penney. Go there. I really enjoyed during my estance in the hostel. The personal was really nice with all people, the rooms an the commun rooms were very clean. Besides, is not very far from the center of Belfast, just 15 minutes walk. The free dinner that we had in the hostel was amazing and a good chance to meet the other friendly people. Of course you could choose what type of breakfast you prefered. EXCELENT
