Located in the heart of Rios South Zone next to the citys stunning Lagoon, five minutes from the beautiful Botanical Garden and within a fifteen minute bus-ride of the famous beaches of Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon.

There are two spacious, air-conditioned mixed dormitories each accommodating nine guests with shared bathrooms. In addition, there are single, double or triple private rooms with the option of en suite bathrooms. All rooms are clean and bright, and have air-conditioning.

Lagoa Guest House also features free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, kitchen with barbecue facilities and a free tasty Brazilian breakfast every morning.

All guests can also enjoy watching a famous Brazilian film, TV novela (Brazilian soap opera) or football match in our relaxing common room. Alternatively, have a drink in the outdoor kitchen garden or relax in our cozy hammock.

Throughout the week there are special activities, including tours to football matches, Favelas, beautiful Island beaches. Our famous, free weekly churrasco (big barbecues). Where all guests are encouraged to sing, dance and play music with us, regardless of their ability.
