Welcome to Lake View Hostel, a brand new backpackers' hostel located an hour and a half from Medellin along the shores of La Represa de Guatape (Lake Guatape). Only a few minutes walk from the plaza mayor of the pueblo of Guatape, we are ideally situated to enjoy both the quaint town itself as well as all the outdoor activities in the area.
Whether you are into kayaking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, swimming, or just want to chill out in a hammock and enjoy the fresh breeze blowing off the lake, Lake View Hostel is the perfect getaway for tourists and residents of Medellin alike.

Latest Review
We were a group of 4 so found better value in one of the many local hotels in the town. Place is ok if you are on your own and want to meet more travelers. Toilet in dorm could have done with a clean.
