We planned to stay here for just one night but then stayed another night and after that it was very hard to leave this place. The owner is a sweetheart and an amazing cook, shows you how to prepare real Sri Lankan meals and after that you can start enjoying your dinner and trust me: you'll love it! Just relax at this place in one of the hammocks and enjoy the lake view after an early start to Uda Walawe National Park (they can arrange a jeep for you) for some wild life spotting.

We were treated like royalty, loved all the home cooking, sharing the preparation of food, very relaxed place, great for Uda Walawe,
