Little hard to find but wonderful once you make it. The young brothers running lake and Paddy are extremely helpful and are truly great guys!

Very nice place, though we asked for the better rooms for 400/person and we got the ones for 250/person but it was still okay, very peaceful place, nice people. Definitely would go back there if we go again to Allepey !

Spent two nights here mid-March; really enjoyed it! It has a real friendly hostel vibe, outdoor hangout space, including a patio. Opens up right onto the canals of Alleppey! Shabab and his team are incredibly welcoming and helpful, they really want you to enjoy your time in Alleppey. I booked a day-long canoe ride, including lunch, through them and it was really enjoyable.

This place is spot on! You are right on the backwaters, you hardly need to take a cruise if you stay here.

Great value for your money. It's removed from Alleppey town, but that's why you'd want to stay there. It's peaceful and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. It has a community vibe with two common areas. WiFi connection is good, but it cuts out around midnight for some reason. They have a kitchen you can use (though it's not exactly clean). We don't recommend getting your laundry done, as our clothes had an odor. The guys who run L&P are very friendly and helpful.

This place is not where the map says it is! It's really beautiful and gives you an authentic look at local life, but its not close to anything, so bring a flashlight, toiletpaper, and some snacks when you stay here.

Great staff! They called to confirm my booking (instead of just giving it to someone else, not uncommon), picked me up, answered my questions patently and took food orders for delivery to the hostel. The rooms have fans, a mosquito net and a clean shower - standard, nothing special. The internet connection is good, but wifi is not as strong in some rooms. The most amazing thing is the location! Quiet, surrounded by water, with the most beautiful sunset! The lakeshore serves as a commuity area.
