Nice location and room is good value for money. Big downside is the staff who start annoying you with more nights and tours when you have not even taken off your backpacker yet. They overcharge rediculously too: 20 dollar for the DMZ tour quiche is only 14 dollar around the corner, really...

Great location and very very clean! The only is issue is the staff try to sell you a tour or transfer every time you walk past the desk. Would stay again.

We had a lovely time staying here. The staff were friendly, always smiled and always willing to help. Excellent location in town, close to all amenities and attractions.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were lovely, and were gracious and helpful despite our late-night shenanigans. Room was clean and large, laundry was done within hours. They didn't try to push tours on us and the location was very good-close to bars and other hostels. We stayed an extra night here at the last minute and there were no problems. The only negative; if staying in a front room (with balcony) bring earplugs, because Le Loi is a busy street.

It's a nice place. The staff are really lovely and helpful. The free breakfast is good. The hostel also offers free pick ups from the bus drop off and is in a good location.
