Great hotel for the price being paid. Very clean rooms which are cleaned and the essentials replenished daily. The staff were more than friendly and were more than happy to help us out with bike rental, finding our next hotel etc etc.

The family who run this hotel are beautiful. They are very friendly and welcoming and go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. You can organize tours and airport transfers with them. They are very helpful and will call around places for you if you find a tour that you prefer to go with rather than ones connected to the hotel. Highly recommended!

There were many cockroaches in the room, we had to move to another hotel for the hostel was full and no room was left. Staffs were very kind, but I didn't get 10% of price that I paid on line because the manager said it goes to hostelworld.com, not the hostel and refused to pay me back.

The hostal was good enough for the city. They helped us with some tours, but they didn't know much about the city and the paces to go.

This was a decent place to stay. The cheaper room come without windows (or one facing the staircase). The furniture and facilities were older, but well taken care of. At least when it's rainy, it's impossible to reduce the humidity – even the linen felt damp. The location is good; it's in the main tourist area in close proximity to restaurants.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a twin room. It was spacy and clean. The staff gives information und can book bus tickets within Vietnam. The location is quite good. Over the street, there is a good restaurant.

Lam Bao Long is in a great location, easy to get to the bridge to walk over to the citadel and close to plenty of places to eat. Room was spotless and a decent size, the staff were very friendly as well and buying water etc in the hotel was just as cheap as buying from shops in the surrounding area. Only downside is Le Loi is a pretty busy road so traffic noise can be quite loud once Hue's moped riders are awake and driving!

Overall this was a good place to stay. It was inexpensive for a nice, clean hotel and had a resonable laundry service too. Our only issue was that we recieved our room key (with a tag that you insert in a slot for power once entering the room), and it broke within 10 minutes of having it (and treating it delicately), and we were accused of breaking it and the owner wanted to charge us for it, which we refused to do. Otherwise, a good place.

I got evertyhing I needed and expected when staying at the Lam Bao Long Hotel. The place is clean, there is a small breakfast (bread and eggs) included in the price, but above all the staff is very helpful. It is a pleasant place to be when you're travelling.
