The best attention. Clean bathrooms and beds. The hostel is perfectly located near a metro station. 100% recommended.

Big common area, good interned connection, helpful staff and big rooms. Music (metal and rock) played constantly in the common areas, too loud for having a conversation. The kitchen didn´t have a stove, and the rooms where falling appart. However, the place was cleen. The entrance (located on a main street) was always unlocked even though no personal where around. The thing that really makes the place drop, prices where really high considering the quality.

Not a castle, just an old building. Not big. 3rd floor stairs are very narrow. Nice big bathrooms, and common area. Big fridge. Simple breakfast (bread and jam) + a small box of juice which one can take away instead of drink it there. Full size bed, good size room with big lockers. No clothes hangers, nor places to hang clothes. It\'s close to both Los Heroes and Republica stations (the latter has a small Unimac grocery store next to it). Within walking distance to Moneda Palace.

The hostel was nice, but i put very poor in cleanliness not because it was dirty, it is because we got bedbugs during our second night there. Waking up with bites all over the body is not pleasant at all. I would advise to make sure that they got rid of the problem as they were treating it bedroom by bedroom, it might come from the common area...

Good hostel. The bathrooms are quite clean. The staff is nice and helpfull. But, inspite been close to a subway station, the hostel is located in a not so great area of Santiago.

Alright hostel as far as atmosphere goes but the dorm room was infested with bed bugs! Got chewed up pretty bad and even saw a couple! Tried to tell someone at reception the night before hoping they would move us or do something about it but there was no one to talk to... Not the best service...or cleanliness

Nice hostel and staff. Clean. Problems with the internet at the moment of my stay. Security door. TV and hang out area with books. Showers could be upgraded. 5 min walking to centre.

You can describe this place with one word: nice. No complaints, few compliments but will not disappoint. Location was perfect for me because it is very close to the route of the bus that goes to the airport. Underground station and barrio Brasil also conviniently close.

Lovely hostel. Amazing big beds and sheets get changed every 3 days. The staff were fantastic especially Roberto and Paulina. It is more like a hotel. It is about 15 minutes from the main plaza but close to bars and restaurants around Plaza Brazil.

This was a wonderful hostel. Definitely the best I\'ve ever stayed in South America. The building is a national heritage house that has been updated with new bath fixtures and electrics. The house has a lot of character with it\'s Spanish Morrocan architecture. The management is excellent, friendly and helpful. It\'s one of the cleanest hostels I\'ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is open late which I appreciated. The location is excellent and is safe any time of day. It\'s not too noisy at night.
