On the hostelworld website laundry facilities are offered. At the hostel this is not so, I spent the morning in a self serve laundrette. I was told the trips that are advertised behind reception are no longer offered. The bathrooms are spacious with hot water. The rooms are clean and the lockers plenty big enough

Our stay in the hostel was quite nice. Sadly there was a small cleanliness problem in the bathroom in the third floor due to the blocked toilet drain pipes in the second floor. And the Wifi was quite a problem, because every time after returning to the hostel it took at least 1h to get connected. The staff was nice but sadly most of the time not well informed about touristic stuff in and around Santiago. Apart of these downsides it was a nice stay, in a quiet good located hostel. Nice breakfast.

I spend one night at Landay Hostel. The hostel was great. A nice house with big rooms and comfortable bads and very clean. I would totally recommend it!

Thanks to very kind staff.

Hot showers, great staff and guests and a lovely building. All and all a great well priced option in Santiago.

Great hostel, clean and helpful staff, but you can not use kitchen at night.

The included breakfast is not that great and has a youth hostel character (cleaning up your own stuff). The bar was lovely, unfortunately it closed for Easter weekend.

Didnt really get a hostel feel for this. I stayed in the 6 bed dorm. No windows so poor ventilation and the room was very stuffy. Would hate it in summer. The bunkbeds are far too high and worse considering they dont have a ladder. The hostel also has a cafe now so there is high restriction on the kitchen use.

Nice hostel, nice staff, Bathrooms are really clean and big, hot water. Breakfast cool. Communities spaces cool.
