Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly.Thanks. Excellent location just opposite to the beach and a water sport retail shop. Got a very good price for parachute and island hopping. However,hotel seems quite old and not well maintained. The lock of our room was barely working. Not clean. But from the painting path to the reception hall, I can tell it used to be glorious. Overall the staff were very unpleasant and not very helpful. Considering it is a 'hotel', the service didn't really match the price. Would recommend staying elsewhere. The hotel had a lovely pool and was across from the beach. The security guard and bell boy were very pleasant and friendly. However our stay seemed to be full of problems,there was no hot water in our first room so we got moved finally at 11.30pm.Then our room never got cleaned even after reception promising it would be done the next day.They did give us a late checkout after us complaining.We are used to backpacking but for a hotel the service was awful-we've had better service in hostels!The hotel had a lovely pool and was across from the beach.
