it was clean and nice, but overpriced, and the staff was extremely unhelpful. They could not understand my booking for some reason, and they were unable to give me instructions to get to the airport.

Alicia on front desk on arrival and on telephone prior to our arrival was extremely courteous and helpful and warmly welcomed us. There was an offer on their 'Den' bar of a maim course and a drink for €9.95. The food was lovely and a bargain. The man behind the bar was excellent at his job, very efficient and again welcoming. We stayed there during St. Patrick's day. Very expensive, location Is OK but too far from the Centre compared to the pricing. Rooms are small and old school but very clean and comfortable.
