In 4 months of travelling South East Asia this is the rudest and most unwelcoming greeting we've had. The lady at reception was extrememly rude and impatient. The room was very Average for the price and the bathroom was horrid. The worst part was paying 200 baht to have the aircon unit turned!! The room was ridiculously hot so had to be done. The pools were the Only good thing about it. Avoid staying here if possible.

Bungalows are pretty cool but not the most comfortable beds, pretty sure our matress was wrapped in plastic as it crunched when you moved. Good location, has a nice pool to hang out in and you get an amazing view of the sunset from their resturant and bar. Food and drink a little overpriced but good cheap food and drink up the road at dannies and next door. Reception lady was a bit of a grump. Not bad for the price

in our room (2 adult one kid) we had to add 200 bath for an airco, the fan was not enough. good points : clean room, restaurant staff very smily and nice, atmosphere great, view super, beach super nice, 3 swimming pool, very nice looking bungalows, food in the restaurant very good, laundry efficient, an amazingly nice place to have dinner in front of the beach and very nice palm trees . Bad points : mosquitoes, reception staff harsh (but who cares ?), bathroom dirty and basic, lots of tourists

No promised bungalow at arrival but a room 4 minute walk away near main street. We moved to bungalow the next night. Talking with other guests we heard about a room price (double room) of 800 baht instead of 1000 baht, that we paid. So be careful, what you pay. Reception staff could be nicer. Location/Hostel Area really nice. We stayed there 4 more nights than planned.

Even though we had booked a whole week, we left after the first night. There is a resort next for that offers same standard rooms at THB 800 per night, while they're 1300 at new beach. The resort is very close to the beach, but none of the bungalows actually face it. Instead, they face one another at less than comfortable proximity. Electricity was out for quite a while. WI-fi is only available at the reception, but if you say anything, be sure to get shouted at - they love shouting! Never again

Very good location, and a great place. The staff needs to be more outgoing. We stayed there for 5 days and nobody took the garbidage away and nobody cleaned. We had to ask for towles and toiletpaiper everyday. The relax place on the beach was great build,! All in all a good place to stay at ko lanta.

We had a room with fan as airconditioned rooms were booked, next day airconditioned room was available, but I found out that next door hotel with same facilities was 30% cheaper, so they lost us to the neighbours. Staff at reception unfriendly, would help if they would smile when new customers arrive!
