Hotel was super clean and tidy, cleanest hotel I have ever seen in Thailand. But it comes with the price: shoes have to be left in the ground floor before taking the stairs to the other floors. Staff was polite and friendly, but was very strict on such things which are obvious in any other hotel. Place is far away from the beach, shops, restaurants, motorbike is a must, surrounding is not scenic, hotel is on the main street but place is quiet.

We loved our stay at Lanta Thip House. Thip is a great resource for information and went out of her way to make arrangements for us. Our room was extremely clean and was serviced every day with fresh towels, and complimentary bottles of water. Sheets and duvet cover were changed regularly too. We spent a week with Thip and had a motorbike rental as well from her. We used the bike to get to different beaches and explore the island. The only drawback is not being right on the beach. Thanks Thip!
