Guesthouse was quaint and in a good location, just around the corner from the bay. Joseph was very friendly. The shower was very small, but manageable. Cleaning ladies in the morning were a little loud (in a building that echoes, due to tiled floors).

Lantern Guesthouse is a really nice place to stay! The staff is very kind, specially Joseph, a gozitan who would help you in anything you might need! Located in the Marsalforn Bay (northern Gozo), Lantern is close (like 1/2 minute walk) to the main bus stop, restaurants and the beach. From here you can reach Victoria/Rabat in 10 minutes by bus. The room was clean, so as the bathroom. The breakfast is good and complete. Lantern Restaurant has delicious and average price food.

It\'s an ok place to stay if you are up in the North of Gozo. Staff was nice but not so helpful. I was put in a room away from the main building, so hardly ever saw them. Breakfast is decent. There is no character to the place, much like an average motel. If you are coming with a partner and want a quiet private room (which is what I got even when booking a single) then this is good. Otherwise it is dead and you can\'t meet anybody if traveling alone.
