Very unclean. Very impolite management. Do not answer email requests for sea view or upstairs, the requests are ignored and you are basically given the opposite of what you request. This happened to a few people we spoke to there.

The complex is located in the beautiful area of Corralejo. In addition to beautiful suites and terraces, staff very helpful and friendly. I recommend to all, both couples and families and the elderly. Ambiance is wonderful.

Location itself was good, as it was on the seaside. Moreover there is a bar & restaurant in the same location so its all there! However, we got an apartment on the ground floor, it was always dark and due to this our bedroom stinked incredibly like wetness. It was hardly a pleasure to go to bed. Besides that, it was no sponge and towel in the kitchen... It was written in the 'Welcome sheeet' that our towels will be changed every 3 days, never happened. But all in all, it was average

That's a cosy appartement in a marine style with a wounderful view on the ocean!

Very nice stay, especially for a price this low. Nevertheless, the door to our terrace needed fixing, we had ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. Also the receptionist told us to take a taxi to the airport and that it wouldn't be much more expensive than the bus..ended up paying €50...
